You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
- Item must be in its original condition
- Unopened and unused, with original packaging intact
- Valid proof of purchase required
- Items must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we will cover the full cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
- If you are returning for any other reason (change of mind, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Our team will respond within 24 hours on business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
- Package your return securely using the original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team.
Once we receive your return:
- Quality check completed within 48 hours of receipt
- Refund processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days
- Additional bank processing time of 5 to 10 business days may apply depending on your financial institution
- A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery
- Take photos documenting the issue
- Contact info@migril.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the problem
We will expedite a replacement or process an immediate refund for any confirmed damaged or incorrect merchandise.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Custom or personalized orders
Discounted items purchased during a promotion are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular-priced items, unless explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
