Cancellation policy
One-Time Purchase
When you place an order with Migril, you will receive your full order in a single shipment. No further charges will be made after your purchase. We do not offer subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals. You pay once and that's it.
Pricing
The price you see at checkout is the only price you will pay. There are no hidden fees, no future charges, and no automatic billing. Your card will only ever be charged once for your order, on the day you place it.
Reordering
If you wish to receive Migril again in the future, you are welcome to place a new order at any time. Each order is treated as an independent purchase. You stay in full control of when and how often you reorder.
Failed Payments
If your payment fails at checkout, your order will not be processed and your card will not be charged. You may try again with the same or a different payment method. If you continue to experience issues, please contact us at info@migril.com and we will help you complete your order.
Refunds
Our standard 30-day refund policy applies to all orders. If you receive your shipment and wish to return it, the product must be unused and in its original condition. Partial returns are accepted. For example, if you received a 3-bottle order and have only opened one bottle, you may return the remaining two unopened bottles for a refund, provided they meet the return conditions. Please contact us at info@migril.com to initiate a return.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible at info@migril.com. We will do our best to cancel and refund your order if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, our standard 30-day refund policy applies and the product can be returned for a refund following the steps above.
